Is my car insured when your chauffeur drives it?
Yes, we have comprehensive insurance that covers your vehicle while it's being driven by our chauffeurs. This includes full coverage during the journey to and from the airport as well as while it's stored in our facility.
How long does it take to get from your facility to the terminal?
Our facility is located approximately 10 minutes from both Gatwick terminals. The exact time can vary slightly depending on traffic conditions, but we recommend allowing 15-20 minutes for the whole departure process, including check-in at our facility.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights, so we'll be aware if your return is delayed. There's no need to notify us of delays as your booking remains valid regardless of when you return. Our chauffeurs will be ready to collect you whenever you arrive.
Can I book additional services like car cleaning?
Yes, we offer several additional services including interior and exterior cleaning, full valeting, and vehicle health checks. These should be booked in advance, either at the time of your initial booking or by contacting our customer service team before your departure.
Do you accept all types of vehicles?
