How Sure Meet and Greet Works
Before You Travel:
- Book online through our secure booking system
- Receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions
- Save our contact number to your phone
On Your Departure Day:
- Call us 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport
- Drive to the designated meeting point for your terminal:
- North Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" area
- South Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" area
- You will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will:
- Check your booking details
- Inspect your vehicle and document its condition
- Provide you with a receipt containing collection details
- Hand over your keys and walk directly to check-in
- Your car will be driven carefully to our secure storage facility
On Your Return:
- Once you've collected your luggage, call our team using the number on your receipt
- Let us know you're ready for collection
- Make your way to the same meeting point where you were dropped off
- A chauffeur will meet you with your car, typically within 15-20 minutes of your call
- Check your vehicle and sign the return condition report
- Receive your keys and continue your journey home

How long will I have to wait for my car on return?
We aim to have your car ready within 15-20 minutes of your call. During peak periods, this may occasionally extend to 25-30 minutes, but we'll keep you informed if there's any delay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights, so we'll be aware if your flight is delayed. Your booking remains valid regardless of the delay, and we'll have your car ready when you actually arrive and call us.
Where is my car stored?
Your car will be stored in our secure facility located approximately 5 miles from Gatwick Airport. The facility is Park Mark® approved with comprehensive security measures in place.
Is my car insured while in your care?
Yes, all vehicles are fully insured while in our care. Our comprehensive insurance policy covers accidental damage, theft, fire, and malicious damage.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Changes within 24 hours may incur an administration fee.
Do you accept all types of vehicles?
We accept all standard cars and small vans. For high-value vehicles (over £75,000), oversized vehicles, or those with special requirements, please contact us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy, which you can find in our terms and conditions.
