We recommend calling us approximately 20 minutes before you expect to arrive at the terminal. This allows us sufficient time to have a chauffeur ready to meet you at the designated meeting point.
All our chauffeurs wear branded uniforms with the Sure Meet and Greet logo and carry identification badges. They will also have your name and booking details ready to confirm they are meeting the right customer.
We aim to have your car ready within 15-20 minutes of your call. During peak periods, this may occasionally extend to 25-30 minutes, but we'll keep you informed if there's any delay.
We monitor all flights, so we'll be aware if your flight is delayed. Your booking remains valid regardless of the delay, and we'll have your car ready when you actually arrive and call us.
Your car will be stored in our secure facility located approximately 5 miles from Gatwick Airport. The facility is Park Mark® approved with comprehensive security measures in place.
Yes, all vehicles are fully insured while in our care. Our comprehensive insurance policy covers accidental damage, theft, fire, and malicious damage.
Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Changes within 24 hours may incur an administration fee.
We accept all standard cars and small vans. For high-value vehicles (over £75,000), oversized vehicles, or those with special requirements, please contact us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy, which you can find in our terms and conditions.
