Arrival & Departure Information
On Arrival at the Airport:
- Use our mobile app to check in when you're 15 minutes away (or call our operations center).
- Drive to your terminal and follow signs for 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet'.
- A Metero driver will be waiting for you at our designated meeting point.
- The driver will verify your booking and complete a digital vehicle inspection with photos.
- You'll receive a digital receipt via email or our app.
- Hand over your keys and proceed directly to check-in.
- Your car will be driven to our secure storage facility and you'll receive a confirmation notification.
On Return to the Airport:
- When your flight lands, open our app and tap "I've Landed" (or call our operations center).
- Confirm your terminal location.
- By the time you've collected your luggage, a driver will be preparing your car.
- Head to the same 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet' area where you dropped off.
- Your car will be delivered to you, typically within 5-10 minutes of your call.
- Verify your vehicle's condition and sign the digital return form.
