Arrival & Departure Information

On Arrival at the Airport:

  1. Use our mobile app to check in when you're 15 minutes away (or call our operations center).
  2. Drive to your terminal and follow signs for 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet'.
  3. A Metero driver will be waiting for you at our designated meeting point.
  4. The driver will verify your booking and complete a digital vehicle inspection with photos.
  5. You'll receive a digital receipt via email or our app.
  6. Hand over your keys and proceed directly to check-in.
  7. Your car will be driven to our secure storage facility and you'll receive a confirmation notification.

On Return to the Airport:

  1. When your flight lands, open our app and tap "I've Landed" (or call our operations center).
  2. Confirm your terminal location.
  3. By the time you've collected your luggage, a driver will be preparing your car.
  4. Head to the same 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet' area where you dropped off.
