Follow signs for South Terminal. On approach, follow signs for 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet'. Our designated meeting point is clearly signposted in the approved operator area. Our staff will be wearing maple-colored uniforms and will be expecting you.

To ensure a smooth handover process, please call our customer service team approximately 15-20 minutes before you arrive at the airport.

Arrival & Departure Information

On Arrival at the Airport:

  1. Call our customer service team approximately 15-20 minutes before arriving at the airport.
  2. Follow the signs to your terminal and then to 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet'.
  3. At the designated meeting point, you'll be met by one of our uniformed chauffeurs.
  4. The chauffeur will verify your booking details and complete a vehicle inspection report.
  5. You'll receive a copy of the inspection report and a receipt with contact details for your return.
  6. Hand over your keys and proceed directly to check-in while we take care of your car.
  7. You'll receive a text message confirmation once your car has been safely parked.

On Return to the Airport:

  1. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call our customer service team using the number provided in your confirmation.
  2. Confirm your terminal location and booking reference.
  3. Make your way to the same designated 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet' area.
  4. Your car will be delivered to you, typically within 15-20 minutes of your call.
  5. Our chauffeur will assist with loading your luggage if required.
  6. Check your vehicle's condition against the inspection report and sign the return form.
  7. You're then ready to continue your journey home.
