How Our Service Works

Before Your Trip:

  1. Book online or by phone, providing your flight and vehicle details.
  2. Receive a confirmation email with your unique booking reference and detailed instructions.
  3. Save our contact number to your phone for easy access on the day of travel.
  4. Optional: pre-book any extra services like car washing or detailing.

On Departure Day:

  1. Call us 20 minutes before you arrive at Gatwick Airport.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point:
    • North Terminal: Follow signs for "Approved Operator Pick-Up/Drop-Off" area.
    • South Terminal: Follow signs for "Approved Operator Pick-Up/Drop-Off" area.
  3. You'll be met by your named driver wearing our distinctive uniform.
  4. Complete a brief vehicle inspection together, documenting the condition of your car.
  5. Hand over your keys and receive a receipt with collection details.
  6. Walk directly to the terminal while your car is driven to our secure facility.

On Return:

  1. Once you've collected your luggage, call us using the number on your receipt.
  2. Let us know you've landed and are ready for collection.
  3. Head to the same meeting point where you dropped your car.
  4. Your car will be waiting for you, or will arrive within minutes.
  5. Do a final check of your vehicle.
  6. Receive your keys and continue your journey home.

We monitor all flights, so don't worry if your flight is delayed. We'll adjust accordingly and be ready when you arrive.

Premium Detailing (£95)

Comprehensive cleaning and detailing of your vehicle inside and out, including wax protection, leather treatment, and fabric protection.

Your vehicle will be stored in our Park Mark® approved secure compound with 24/7 CCTV monitoring, regular security patrols, and robust perimeter fencing. We're also fully insured while your car is in our care.

Will someone meet me exactly at the time I arrive?

Yes, our service is designed to have no waiting time. When you call us 20 minutes before arrival, we ensure a driver is ready to meet you immediately at the designated meeting point.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights and will adjust our service accordingly. There's no need to notify us of flight delays as we track this information automatically. Your booking remains valid regardless of delays.

How quickly will my car be returned to me?

We aim to have your car waiting for you when you arrive at the meeting point. During peak times, the maximum wait time is typically less than 10 minutes from your call.

Do you accept all types of vehicles?

We accept all standard vehicles. For high-value vehicles (over £75,000), we offer a special premium service with enhanced security measures at a small additional charge.

Can I amend or cancel my booking?

Yes, bookings can be amended or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. Changes within 24 hours may incur an administration fee.

How far will my car be driven?

Your car will only be driven the minimum distance required to transport it between the airport terminal and our secure storage facility (approximately 3-4 miles each way).
