- Keep your car keys with you throughout your trip.
- Board the shuttle bus which will take you directly to your terminal.
On Return:
- Pick up the courtesy shuttle from the designated bus stop at the North or South terminal.
- Show your booking confirmation to the driver.
- The shuttle will return you directly to the car park.
- Collect your vehicle from where you left it.
- Exit through the automatic barrier which will recognize your vehicle.

The hotel runs a 24-hour shuttle to Gatwick Airport, departing on the hour and half hour on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! Your booking is valid until you return. There may be an additional charge if you exceed your booked time by more than 24 hours.
