From M23 Junction 10:
- At Junction 10, take the A264 exit toward East Grinstead/Worth
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Copthorne Road/A264
- Continue for approximately 1.5 miles
- Turn right onto Snowhill Lane
- APH Park and Ride will be on your right after approximately 0.5 miles
From M25 Junction 7:
- At Junction 7, take the M23 southbound toward Gatwick Airport
- Leave the M23 at Junction 10
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Copthorne Road/A264
- Continue for approximately 1.5 miles
- Turn right onto Snowhill Lane
- APH Park and Ride will be on your right after approximately 0.5 miles
Please allow an additional 30-40 minutes to your journey for check-in and transfer times.
Arrival & Departure Information
On Arrival:
- Drive to the car park entrance and take a ticket from the entry barrier.
- Park your vehicle in any available space and make a note of the zone where you've parked.
- Head to the reception building with your booking confirmation and car keys.
- Present your booking confirmation at the reception desk.
- Once checked in, you will receive a receipt with your bay number - make sure to keep this safe.
- Keep your car keys with you throughout your trip.
- Board the next available shuttle bus to your terminal.
On Return:
- Collect your luggage from the baggage claim area.
- Make your way to the designated shuttle bus pick-up point.
- The shuttle bus pick-up points are:
- North Terminal: Lower forecourt level, bus stop 8
- South Terminal: Lower forecourt level, bus stop 7
- Show your receipt to the driver when boarding the bus.
- The shuttle will return you directly to the car park.
- Collect your vehicle from where you left it.
- Drive to the exit barrier and insert your receipt to exit.

Shuttle buses are clearly marked with the APH logo.
The journey time to both terminals is approximately 10-15 minutes.
All shuttles are equipped with luggage racks and comfortable seating.
Wheelchair accessible buses are available on request - please inform staff at reception.
