How APH Meet and Greet Works

On Departure:

  1. Call the APH Meet and Greet team 20-30 minutes before you arrive at the airport.
  2. Follow the directions to the designated meeting point:
    • North Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" on the North Terminal approach road.
    • South Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" on the South Terminal approach road.
  3. A uniformed APH driver will meet you at the designated meeting point.
  4. Your vehicle will be checked and its condition recorded using our electronic vehicle inspection system.
  5. Hand over your keys to the APH driver and receive a receipt with contact details.
  6. Proceed directly to the terminal check-in desks while the driver takes your car to our secure storage facility.

On Return:

  1. Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the airport, call the APH Meet and Greet team using the number provided on your receipt.
  2. Make your way to the same meeting point where you dropped off your vehicle.
  3. An APH driver will deliver your vehicle to you within 20 minutes of your call.
  4. Check your vehicle and sign the condition report.
  5. Receive your keys and continue your journey home.

We recommend calling us as soon as you have collected your luggage to minimize waiting time. Our team monitors all flights, so we'll be aware if your flight is delayed.
