On Departure:
- Call the driver 20 minutes before arriving at the airport.
- Drive to the designated meeting point at your terminal:
- North Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" on the ground level.
- South Terminal: Follow signs for "Drop Off" on the ground level.
- A uniformed AMAG driver will meet you at your vehicle.
- A detailed inspection of your vehicle will be carried out and documented.
- Hand your keys to the driver and receive a receipt.
- Walk straight to the terminal while our driver takes your car to our secure facility.
- You'll receive an SMS confirmation once your car is securely parked.
On Return:
- Once you've collected your luggage, call the driver or use our app to notify us of your return.
- The driver will confirm your collection point and expected arrival time.
- Proceed to the designated collection point:
- North Terminal: Same location as drop-off.
- South Terminal: Same location as drop-off.
- Your vehicle will be delivered to you at the agreed time.
