Directions from the North:
- From the M23, exit at Junction 9 following signs for Gatwick Airport.
- At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A23 London Road heading south.
- Continue for approximately 2 miles.
- Turn right onto Bonnetts Lane (you will see Airparks signage).
- Continue for 0.5 miles and Airparks is on your left-hand side.
Directions from the South:
- From the A23, head north towards Gatwick.
- Approximately 1 mile before Gatwick Airport, turn left onto Bonnetts Lane (you will see Airparks signage).

On Arrival at Airparks:
- Drive to the entrance where ANPR cameras will read your number plate if you have pre-booked.
- If you haven't pre-booked or the system doesn't recognize your plate, press the button for assistance.
- The barrier will lift, allowing you to enter the car park.
- Follow the signs to find an available parking space.
- Note your row number and remember where you've parked.
- Keep your keys with you.
- Take all your luggage and proceed to the bus stop in the center of the car park.
- Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.
- Show your booking confirmation to the driver.
- The journey to the airport takes approximately 15 minutes.
On Return to the Airport:
- After collecting your luggage, head to the designated Airparks shuttle bus pick-up points:
- North Terminal: Bus stop 6
- South Terminal: Bus stop 8
- Wait for the next Airparks shuttle bus (they run every 20 minutes).
- Show your booking confirmation to the driver.
- The bus will take you back to the Airparks car park.
- Remember where you parked and collect your car.
- Drive to the exit barrier.
- The ANPR system will recognize your vehicle and lift the barrier.
- If the barrier doesn't lift automatically, use the intercom system for assistance.
