Arrival & Departure Information

On Arrival at the Airport:

  1. Call our customer service team approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport.
  2. Follow signs to your terminal and then to 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet'.
  3. At the designated meeting point, you'll be met by one of our uniformed chauffeurs.
  4. The chauffeur will verify your booking details and complete a digital vehicle inspection with photos.
  5. You'll receive an electronic receipt with your vehicle inspection report.
  6. Hand over your keys and proceed directly to check-in while we take care of your car.
  7. Your vehicle will be driven to our secure facility by a professional chauffeur.
  8. You'll receive a text message confirmation once your car has been safely parked.

During Your Trip:

  • Your vehicle will be stored in our secure facility.
  • The exterior of your car will receive a complimentary clean (weather permitting).
  • If you've requested additional services (interior cleaning, etc.), these will be carried out.
  • We monitor all flight arrivals, so we'll know if your return is delayed or early.

On Return to the Airport:

  1. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call our customer service team.
  2. Confirm your terminal location and booking reference.
  3. Make your way to the same 'Approved Operators Meet & Greet' area.
  4. Your car will be delivered to you, typically within 15-20 minutes of your call.
